Allamon Tool Company has engineered the first Bumper Sub in the industry that is specifically designed with liner system deployment in mind. Conventional bumper subs have small internal diameters and sharp shoulders at internal transition points, both of which limit compatibility with drill pipe wipers or darts. The Allamon Bumper Sub has been engineered to be dart-friendly while providing the service technician with critical information in determininng the neutral weight of the drill at any time during liner deployment. The combination of being cementing equipment friendly and informational to the service technician greatly increases the reliability of a liner system installation.
