Allamon Tool Company’s Heavyweight Cement Manifold can be utilized for dropping dual drillpipe darts. A second cement housing is simply installed below the top cement housing. This tool is used for cementing operations of sub-sea casing long strings as well as large liners. Having been pull tested to the ultrahigh tensile load rating of 2.7 million pounds, it is the perfect choice for operators running large heavy casing strings. A swivel can be incorporated for liner applications. The by-pass flow area during displacement is the largest in its class, therefore reducing risk of washing-out internal parts due to the extremely high flow rates typically used on cementing large casing strings in the deepwaters of the Gulf of Mexico.
