Allamon Tool Company’s Retrievable Cementing packoff is the most robust in
the industry. The advantages of this type of tool is that it reduces the upward
piston force created by displacement pressures during liner cement jobs and it
allows for a significant pressure integrity test of an integral liner top packer.
Utilization of a locking collet provides for uniform circumferential loading within
the liner hanger/packer mandrel. The uniform circumferential loading provides a
much higher pressure rating than conventional retrievable cementing packoffs.
Additionally, the Allamon Tool Company Retrievable Cementing Packoff has an
internal shifting sleeve that protects the slick stinger sealing surface from damage
that has historically lead to leaks or retrieval trouble for competitive products.
